Depending on the type of food packaged, it also depends on how long the food can stay in the freezer without becoming a health hazard and losing its quality. If the food is frozen fresh after the thawing process, it will certainly be better than the food that was fresh but at the end of its deadline/shelf life. The freezing process does not destroy the nutritional value of the food.
After thawing food- first what you should do is to check the smell of thawed food. If the smell is unpleasant, the food has been in the freezer for a long time so don’t use it.

After thawing, use the food only once and prepare / heat it immediately.
