Body detox-unique and personal as a fingerprint

Dr. Walter J. Crinnion is a world-renowned leader in the field of environmental medicine. Dr. Crinnion says what we eat has a huge impact on our body’s ability to get rid of unwanted chemicals. He says that eating too little or too much of a food item can dramatically affect our detox system. A little protein from chicken, egg or fish can reduce the enzymes in the liver that are responsible for the first phase of detoxification. Too much carbohydrate or too much sugar reduces the body’s ability to detox drugs.
Detox or detoxification is the process of removing toxins and all harmful substances from our body. The detoxification process is part of the biochemistry of our body. There are two stages of detoxification. At first, the harmful substances are activated and become sticky so they are easier to collect. Cytochrome P450 enzymes are responsible for the first phase. The first phase looks most like a balloon crossing our sweater. This activation is not enough and therefore a second phase of the process is required. Associated molecules de-activate harmful substances that will be transported outside the human body. The active toxin binds to its transport molecule and becomes inactive. It is more readily excreted in the water via the kidney or the colon. Detoxification is an individual process from different for each person. It depends on the genes, nutrition, or work we do. Generally, all people living with a cocktail of synthetic chemicals in the body only differ in the body’s sensitivity to cope with toxins in the body. People who live near the farm breathe pesticides every day, hairdressers breathe every day air filled with toxins from spray or hairspray and the like. If the body is surrounded by chemicals daily, the detox system becomes overloaded. It stops working effectively.
Weekly Toxin Cleansing:
1. Eight glasses of water is enough. The human body contains 66% water, which helps with cleansing.
2. Super food cleanses the body of toxins – fresh apricot, melon, argum, kiwi, papaya, peach, mango, red berries and all kinds of berries. From vegetables, eat artichokes, peppers, beets, broccoli, red cabbage, carrots, cauliflower, cucumber, kale, pumpkin, spinach, sweet potatoes, tomatoes, beans and sprouts.
3. Use anti-aging oxidants as they are important for detoxing the body.
4. Take supplements to help with liver cleansing. Look for vitamins containing: N-acetylcysteine, Velcro Milk Extract, Crucifer Plant Compounds, MSM, Elagic Acid, Dandelion Extract and Alpha Lipoic Acid.
5. You will notice very quickly the difference in how you felt before and after cleansing your body / using supplements. You will have more energy and be more motivated. Your skin, eyes and body will be cleaner and fresher.
