Use lemon and salt at bedtime

The lemon scent itself is known to improve the mood of people suffering from anxiety and depression. Mother Nature took care of everything we needed.
Lemon is a natural antiseptic. Lemon juice is great in cleaning up the most stubborn spots.
You need to cut one lemon into four pieces. Place lemon pieces on a plate. Salt and place on the cabinet by the bed. You do this every night.

• Lemon repels insects (and mosquitoes).
