KERAPEX 2019 is the fourteenth Circle Philatelic Exhibition of Kerala Postal Circle. A ‘Gandhi Theme Competition’ as part of 150 years of Celebrating the ‘Mahatma’ will also be conducted along with the regular Circle Philatelic Exhibition.
