Ginger and lemon beverage
1 liter of hot water (not boiling water)
5 to 7 cm ginger root cut into rings or chopper (without peel)
1 to 2 lemons
Sweetener as desired (honey, maple syrup)
Water the ginger root with hot water. Leave it on for 20 to 30 minutes. Pour cold beverage with lemon juice. Add cinnamon, honey, mint or vitamin C as desired. Do not add honey to a hot beverage but a chilled beverage.
