Drinking coffee is an all-day ritual for almost all people. Coffee awakens us, acts as a mild diuretic and slightly increases blood pressure. There are many recipes on how to enhance this favorite drink to make it even tastier and healthier.
Coconut oil, honey and cinnamon are additives that will speed up metabolism and make coffee more delicious. Also, these ingredients help you lose weight.
Ingredients for the mixture (in a few days):
• 3/4 cup of virgin coconut oil,
• 1/2 cup honey,
• 1 tablespoon of cinnamon,
• 1 tablespoon of cocoa (optimal)
Preparation: Combine all ingredients. Stir until even. Transfer to a clean glass jar with lid. When brewing a cup of coffee, add one to two tablespoons of this mixture to the coffee while it is warm. Stir. Your beverage is ready for consumption.
Experiment whenever you can with various spices and herbs in a cup of coffee. This will enrich your coffee drinking ceremony and get new, healthy and interesting flavors at the same time. Spices are known to partially offset the negative effects of coffee on the body.
