Dense cereal juice is a good anti-fatigue and fatigue drink that “cleanses” and strengthens your body. Drink 70-100 milliliters of beverage every day for 15 minutes before eating for one month. After a pause of ten days, you can start using it again. The beverage is made from 3 different mixtures. For one mixture, mix equal parts finely chopped leaves of wild strawberries (or strawberries), blueberries, raspberries, currants, red (meadow) clover, chamomile flowers, marjoram, calendula, birch leaves, immortelle and flora (if you can harvest all the plants in a meadow or in the forest, if you cannot find these plants in the forest, purchase products are enough). Mix all the chopped herbs. Pour one tablespoon of this mixture with a cup of boiling water. Leave for half an hour. The second mixture requires 3 tablespoons of dried grapes and 3 tablespoons of chickpeas (frozen for winter). Pour over half a liter of boiling water. Allow an hour for the mixture to soak up the water. For the third mixture, mix 3 tablespoons of oats and one tablespoon of barley. Pour with a liter of boiling water at room temperature. Leave the third mixture overnight. Simmer again in the morning and allow it to cook over low heat for another 30 minutes. Add one tablespoon of pomegranate fruits and two handfuls of dried apples ten minutes before the end of cooking. Allow the mixture to stand for an hour. Drain all three mixtures. Then mix all three mixtures (in liquid form).
You can drink this beverage as a finished product or diluted with half (or third) with silicon water. If desired, sweeten with honey or currant or maple syrup or sugar.
