Recipe for traditional “Topa” dish during the month of Ramadan
Foods needed: butter, melted cheese, smoked cheese, sour cream and cream, one egg, some salt and pepper.
Preparation: Melt butter in a deep frying pan. Add the milk ingredients (melted cheese, sour cream, cream and smoked cheese) to the melted fat. Mix ingredients with melted fat. Simmer the ingredients to combine. Season with salt and add some pepper. Optionally add one or two eggs at the end. Serve the meal with bread or pastry.
