Coffee is one of the most popular beverages in the world. People enjoy drinking coffee, which also raises energy levels. Coffee plants are grown in over 70 countries around the world. Coffee is mostly grown in the equatorial regions of South America, South Asia, Africa and India. Brazil, for example, is a country among the largest coffee producers in the world. Brazil exports a third of world production. Coffee beans are picked as soon as they ripen. They are then processed and dried. Green coffee beans are the best-selling agricultural product in the world. The beans are fried to varying degrees (depending on the desired taste). After roasting, the coffee beans are ground. The favorite drink of all the people of the world can be the main ingredient of many cosmetic treatments.
In a large number of cosmetic products, coffee is an indispensable ingredient. The reason is that it is rich in caffeine and antioxidants. Antioxidants give excellent results in anti age cosmetics because they can reduce the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines. Caffeine has anti-inflammatory properties. Peeling for face and body
• 2 tablespoons of homemade or instant coffee
• 3 tablespoons virgin coconut oil
• 5 drops of lavender essential oil
• 1 tablespoon brown sugar (or plain)
Mix all ingredients. Apply the mixture to the skin of the face and body with gentle and circular movements. After a gentle massage, rinse the skin with warm water. This is actually cleansing the face with coffee. The skin will be fresher and more elastic (without dead cells) after peeling. Then you need to do skin hydration using a moisturizer or body milk.
Quick peeling for the whole body: use the residue of (Turkish coffee) for homemade peeling. Mix the precipitate with a little olive oil. Rub the whole body with this mixture. This is a quick and effective way to remove dead skin cells and stimulate circulation in the body.
Anti-wrinkle coffee
Coffee has anti-age benefits (mainly in reducing water loss which is crucial for soft and youthful skin). Coffee face mask
• 1 tablespoon of homemade or instant coffee
• ½ -1 tablespoon milk
From these ingredients make a mixture that should stand for 3-5 minutes. After that, apply it gently on a clean face. Leave on for 15-20 minutes. When standing, remove the mask with cold water, gently massaging the face. Repeat the procedure 2-3 times a week. With this mix of coffee and milk, your skin will become soft, hydrated and soft. Also, this mask reduces redness of the skin and inflammatory processes.
Acne face mask:
• 2 tablespoons coffee
• ¼ spoons of cinnamon
• Coconut oil enough to make a paste out of everything
If you have extremely sensitive skin, use turmeric (instead of cinnamon).

Masks with black coffee grounds:
-mix half a tablespoon of sediment (from coffee) with a little yogurt. You will get a facial scrub mixture.
-¼ cups of coarse sea salt and ¼ cups of olive oil add 2 tablespoons of coffee grounds to get a thick mixture. You get a little more aggressive foot peeling.

Coffee and yogurt have a combined antioxidant effect that contributes to skin tightening and in the fight against the signs of aging. Antioxidants from coffee and yogurt are responsible for the rapid renewal of skin cells and a radiant (youthful) appearance.
Coffee mask for lighter skin against blemishes on the face (hyper-pigmentation):
• 1 tablespoon of instant or homemade coffee
• 1 tablespoon turmeric
• Yogurt as needed
Mix all ingredients. Make a thick paste. Apply it on the face and neck. Leave for 20 minutes. Remove in a circular motion, gently massaging with lukewarm water. Use this paste 2-3 times a week to have lighter and more radiant skin.
Hyper-pigmentation occurs due to higher production of melanin, which is responsible for skin tone. The less melanin, the lighter and more radiant the skin.
Curcumin – the main component of turmeric, reduces the production of melanin and thus helps to eliminate imperfections and dark spots. Turmeric has anti-inflammatory properties that soothe the skin. In combination with lactic acid (from yogurt) it helps fight bacteria.
Coffee and olive oil face mask for dry skin
Olive oil is an excellent ingredient in food. Due to its exceptional healing properties, it is widely used in cosmetics (especially for the care of dry skin of the face and body). Olive oil is rich in vitamins A, K, D and E.
• Vitamin A strengthens collagen and gives the skin elasticity;
• Vitamin D helps cell renewal;
• Vitamin E smoothes fine lines and first wrinkles;
• Vitamin K fights stretch marks and cracked capillaries on the skin;
Coffee is an excellent diuretic. Strengthens blood vessels. Prevents facial swelling caused by the presence of toxins.
• 1 tablespoon of instant or homemade coffee

Coffee and lemon juice face mask for oily skin
The ingredients are:
• 1 tablespoon of coffee
• Lemon juice enough to make a compact mass
 After mixing, apply the mask on a clean face and leave it on for 30 minutes. Rinse with lukewarm water.
 Use once a week for best results.

• Half a tablespoon of beeswax
• 2 tablespoons Shea butter
• 1 tablespoon of Rose hip oil
• 3 tablespoons of coffee oil (previously made)
• 3 capsules of vitamin E.
• 7 drops of chamomile essential oil
• 10 drops of incense essential oil
Making procedure:
1. The first step is to make coffee oil, the recipe of which you have above (previously written);
2. Melt the beeswax and steam the butter until they are completely combined;
3. Add coffee oil, Rose hip oil, essential oils of incense and chamomile and vitamin E oil to the dissolved mass and mix well;
4. Store in a glass jar at room temperature until cool, then store in the refrigerator;

How to use: Apply the cream on the area around the eyes by lightly tapping or gently massaging so that the skin absorbs it faster. Always apply it on cleansed skin (preferably in the evening, as a night cream). Or as the last step in daily skin care before going to bed – after cleansing the face, washing and applying night cream.
Precautions: To be safe, perform a test before applying to the eye area. Try the cream on another part of the body skin.
 Tip plus: The cream is natural and without chemicals, but you should keep in mind that it can cause an allergic reaction (it contains essential oils).
Incense essential oil is extremely useful for dry and mature skin. It removes acne, acne scars, hydrates the skin and slows down the signs of aging.
Chamomile essential oil is very useful in healing the skin and reducing inflammatory processes. This oil is a real ally in the fight against “bags” under the eyes and dark circles.
Rose hip oil is great for oily skin because it penetrates deep into the skin and the skin absorbs it well. It contains a high percentage of vitamins C and A and lycopene that remove wrinkles and scars due to its regenerative properties. Helps eliminate stains caused by sunlight.
Shea butter can do a lot for the health of your skin. It contains vitamin A in large quantities, so it limits the production of free radicals that can damage skin cells.
Vitamin E oil is a food for hydrated skin. Helps fight free radicals that cause wrinkles, age spots, etc.
Almond oil contains Retynol – an ingredient that moisturizes the delicate skin under the eyes, leaving it soft and without fine lines. Vitamin K (from almond oil) reduces discoloration under the eyes (dark under-eye circles).
Peeling and coffee mask for soft and healthy lips
Lips are the most sensitive part of the face. It is important that they are beautiful and nurtured. Cracked lips create discomfort for most people. For soft and healthy lips, you need this peeling and coffee mask for your face.
• ½ coffee teaspoons
• ½ teaspoons of honey
• 2 drops of lavender essential oil
Mix all ingredients. With a little of the mixture on your fingers, gently rub your lips in a circular motion for about 30 seconds. Leave for a few minutes for the mixture to act as a mask. Rinse with water. .In this way we remove dead cells and dry (cracked) skin from the lips. We make the lips smooth and tender.
