1. Cranberries preserve bladder health. They prevent E. Coli infection. Studies have shown that they help treat Helicobacter-bacterium, which is associated with gastritis and ulcers.
2. Keep cherry stalks and corn silk. Dry them on old newspapers (or paper). Keep them on paper in a dry and darker place until they become dry. Make homemade tea that successfully helps and cures urinary tract inflammation. Pour a handful of dried cherry stalks and a handful of dried corn silk with a cup of boiling water. Cover with a saucepan. Leave for ten minutes to stand. Drink in small and slow sips. Drink a cup of this tea every day until the inflammation stops.
