Ingredients needed: sea salt, herbs, grinder (or blender), lemon and jar.
Sea salt is the basis for making flavored salts. Wash the herbs. Leave for a few days on kitchen paper to dry well. Put the herbs in a multi-practical device to get a fine mixture. Add sea salt. Stir well for a few seconds.
For a larger variant, use larger sea salt. Then chop the herbs by hand in a mortar. Mix by hand with coarse salt. Transfer the mixture to a clean and dry jar. Close the jar tightly.
For flavored sea salt with lemon, you need: Grate the peel of un-sprayed lemon. Dry the lemon peel for a few days on kitchen paper. Manually mix the dried lemon zest with the chopped herbs. Place the mixture in a dry and clean jar. Keep the jar tightly closed.
