Dry face wash – regular removal of dead cells contributes to tight skin and a fresher look. You can use a natural fiber brush to do a so-called “dry” face wash. Although you can apply this method to the whole body. A special face brush and body brush are recommended. You can buy natural fiber brushes in drugstores, pharmacies and perfumeries. Gently rubbing and brushing will remove the layer of old skin cells. Put a tablespoon of yellow sugar, half a tablespoon of coconut oil and half a tablespoon of lemon juice in a bowl. Pre-moisten the facial skin with warm water. Apply the mixture obtained in this way by light rubbing in light circular motions. Wash face with lukewarm water after treatment. A mixture of honey and strawberries is one way to perform a regular peel. Honey soothes the skin. Small grains from strawberries have a slightly abrasive effect. Avocado is a common ingredient in homemade natural recipes. Leave the avocado seed to dry for a week to two weeks. Then grind the dried seeds in a blender. Mix the ground mixture with three tablespoons of mashed avocado. Do a gentle peeling with the resulting mixture. Pour two tablespoons of oatmeal with warm water. Leave to stand for a few minutes. This peeling is suitable for people with sensitive skin.
Rice mask-rice is a cereal that contains vitamin E, linoleic acid and squalene, which stimulates collagen synthesis. The rice should be cooked. Do not throw away cooking water. The anti-wrinkle mask is made of 3 tablespoons of cooked rice, one tablespoon of milk and one tablespoon of honey. Apply the mask on dry and clean skin. Allow to dry. Then remove the mask. Wash your face with the water in which the rice was cooked.
Mask of plums and turmeric – put three to four pitted plums in a blender with a spoonful of honey, a spoonful of fatty yogurt and half a spoonful of turmeric. Apply the resulting mixture on a dry and clean face with gentle and circular motions. Leave for about ten minutes for the mask to work. Then rinse your face with warm water.
Mask with bananas, honey and lemon – mash one small banana. Mix the mashed banana with a spoonful of honey and half a spoonful of lemon juice. Apply to a dry and clean face. Leave the mask on for 20 minutes. Remove the mask with a warm and damp towel.
Yeast and chamomile mask-a spoonful of yeast mix with a spoonful of honey. Add cooled and strained chamomile tea to a density suitable for application on the face. Rinse with warm water after 20 minutes. Dry your face with a towel by tapping lightly.
