Blue eggplant, tomatoes and peppers are useful and healthy vegetables

  1. Tomato reduces the risk of heart attack – rich in vitamins C, K, PP, group B. It contains A – carotene, which in 100 grams is enough for a person’s daily needs. There is several times more iron in tomatoes than in chicken, fish and dairy products. Tomato contains lycopene – it protects men from prostate cancer and women from cervical cancer because it prevents DNA mutations. Tomato is an excellent diuretic for diseases of the kidneys and urinary tract. It reduces the risk of cerebral and heart attack, prevents atherosclerosis and strengthens the condition of the cardiovascular system. For disturbed metabolism, grind a kilogram of fresh tomatoes with 300 grams of garlic, 300 grams of apples and 300 grams of horseradish. Take one tablespoon three times daily before meals.
