10-minute simple foot exercises to strengthen circulation throughout the body

On the feet there are reflex points of all organs and systems of the organism. When these reflex points are shaken, then the circulation in the whole body improves. The result of these exercises is the activation of the cleansing process in the lymph flow and bloodstream. Any exercise with the feet has a beneficial effect on the general condition of the body. After foot exercises, rub with a towel dipped in colder water. You can do the exercise at any time of the day.

  1. Gently switch from heel to toe 10 times.
  2. Sit on a chair. Keep your back straight. Bend your legs at right angles at the knees. Move your toes 10 times to the side without raising your feet. Then separate your toes from the floor 10 times as much as possible. Repeat the exercise with your heels.
  3. Stay in the same position. Raise your toes 8 to 10 times. Then repeat the exercise with your heels.
  4. Place a magazine-sized canvas under your feet. Then bend the canvas with your toes into an accordion for 5 minutes.
