The appearance of circles under the eyes is associated with a local disorder of lymphatic circulation and congestion under the lower eyelids. Dark circles often appear due to prolonged insomnia. They are exacerbated by stress, headaches and aging.
- A simple recipe for removing dark circles under the eyes: pour two bags of tea with boiling water. Place the bags in the freezer until cool. Then take them out and keep on your eyes for 15-20 minutes.
- Liquid with birch leaves. Put one tablespoon of raw material in a cup of hot water. Make compresses with a cotton cloth and put on the eyes. Or make ice cubes with this liquid.
- Hold the raw potatoes on the eyelids for 5-10 minutes. Perfectly refreshes the skin around the eyes.
- Golden root (lat. Rhodhiola rosea) and Ginseng (lat. Panah) are used for eyelid care. Tinctures of these herbs can be purchased at pharmacies. Put any of these tinctures in a moisturizer. Carefully add the tincture to the bowl with the cream drop by drop, stirring to melt the drops of liquid so that the mass becomes a homogeneous emulsion. Rub the emulsion into the skin under the eyes twice a day with the tips of the tablecloths.
