4 useful and effective substances for teeth whitening

Pleasant appearance means a neat appearance, clean hair and white teeth. There are natural preparations that help make teeth white.

  1. Activated charcoal-pharmaceutical preparation of black color. It is used in intoxication and to remove plaque from enamel. Grind the activated charcoal tablet into a powder. Add 2 drops of lemon juice to get a mushy mixture. Wet the ear stick with this mixture. Apply to teeth. Wait 3-5 minutes. Brush your teeth. Brush your teeth with activated charcoal powder. Then brush your teeth with plain toothpaste. Or sprinkle charcoal powder over toothpaste during regular teeth cleaning. Do not use activated charcoal too often as this does damage to the teeth making the teeth even more sensitive.
  2. Sea salt recipe comes from China. During daily tooth cleaning procedures, put a little sea salt on the toothpaste. This combination removes all impurities from tooth enamel, disinfects the oral cavity, reduces the risk of tartar formation and strengthens tooth enamel. Do the cleaning without excessive effort so as not to damage the tooth enamel and the surface of the mouth.
  3. Hydrogen-hydrogen peroxide (hydrogen) removes deposits of coffee, tea and cigarettes from the tooth surface, making tooth enamel colorless. Teeth can be bleached by eight tones using plain 3% hydrogen peroxide. Wet the ear cleaning stick with 3% hydrogen. Carefully process the tooth surface on the outside and inside. Rinse mouth with clean water. Or shake your mouth with a solution of 30 drops of three percent hydrogen peroxide in half a glass of water in the morning and evening before going to bed (after brushing your teeth). Do this procedure for one minute. Then rinse your mouth with water. Hydrogen peroxide perfectly whitens tooth enamel, removes bad breath by fighting various bacteria. Do this procedure once a week or 3 days in a row. Then take a break for 2 weeks. Use only 3% solution. The maximum application time is 3.5 minutes when using hydrogen peroxide. Do not use hydrogen peroxide for sensitive teeth.
  4. Baking soda-this abrasive material is widely used to remove stains and impurities of various origins. Make a mixture of a small spoon of baking soda, 5 drops of hydrogen peroxide and a small spoon of lemon juice. Apply the mixture on a toothbrush. Rub for 3 minutes. Then rinse your mouth. Or apply a mixture of 3 parts baking soda and one part water to your teeth. Leave for 5 minutes. Rinse mouth with water. Then brush your teeth with plain toothpaste. Or after brushing your teeth, apply a little baking soda to your toothbrush. Then brush your teeth again. Or apply toothpaste to the toothbrush then a little baking soda powder. Brush your teeth. Then rinse your mouth with plain water. If you notice that your teeth have become more sensitive, stop the teeth whitening procedures.
