Aromatherapy helps to lose weight

Aroma lamps and aroma columns are used for inhaling essential oils. This is a classic method of popular aromatherapy.

  1. Aroma lamp can be used in any room. Pour water into the upper glass of the lamp. For a room of 15-20 m2, add 5 drops of essential oil to the upper glass. Place a lighted candle in the lower glass.
  2. Aroma colon is worn around the neck. Pour one to three drops of essential oil into the aromacolon. Once in 3 days the oil is changed into an aroma colony.
  3. Bath with the addition of essential oils is a completely effective method for losing extra pounds. To prepare this bath, it is enough to pour a mixture of essential oils into water of a pleasant temperature. In this bath a person should lie down for 15-20 minutes. A bath with essential oil has a double effect on the body. It reaches directly into the deep layers through the skin, from which it expels excess fluid. It activates lymph flow and the process of breaking down fat cells. The scent provided by this bath reduces tension, soothes the person and reduces fatigue. Recipe number 1 for losing weight: in 50 ml of base oil (usually olive, avocado oil or jojoba oil) pour 12 drops of juniper or cypress oil. Then add five drops of the aromatic mixture to a handful of sea salt. Then pour into the bath. The mixture can be diluted in a glass of milk which is then poured into water. Recipe number 2: in 50 ml of base oil add 5 drops of pachulia essential oil and 5 drops of ylang ylang oil. Add 3 drops of orange essential oil to 3 tablespoons of sea salt. In a handful of sea salt, add 2 drops of fennel oil, 3 drops of lemongrass oil and 4 drops of rosemary oil. Weight loss baths are recommended every other day. It takes 10-15 procedures. Take baths 2 hours after meals. After the bath, rest for at least 20-30 minutes. Dress warmer.
  4. Massage mixtures are prepared on the basis of essential oils. They tighten the skin and act against cellulite. You need 5 drops of patchouli essential oil, 5 drops of juniper essential oil, 5 drops of lavender, lemon, orange and neroli essential oil. Dilute these essential oils in 100 ml of base oil. Use the prepared mixture for daily active massage of problematic parts of the body. It takes 10-15 such procedures.

-essential oils of geranium, rosemary, mint, oregano and cardamom improve life energy and mood
-essential oils of jasmine and lavender remove nervous tension
-Lemongrass essential oil increases endurance, stimulates metabolic processes and affects weight loss
-Essential oil of fennel, ylang ylang and grapefruit have the ability to break down fat cells
-Essential oils of lavender, parsley, anise, cinnamon, vanilla and camphor reduce the feeling of hunger and help reduce weight.

-Juniper essential oil is the most powerful for cleansing toxins from the body and the work of the digestive system.
