Lemon balm, parsley and thyme in pots are available all year round


Lemon balm (lat. Melissa officinalis) has a lemon flavor and a spicy aroma. It has antiviral and antibacterial action. It is prized for its soothing and relaxing properties. Thyme (lat. Thymus vulgaris) -sowing seeds easily grows in pots. You can transplant it from the garden during the fall. It prefers loose and permeable soil with a high humus content.
