Tips for the care of normal and colored (treated) hair
  1. Proper nutrition: includes poultry, soy, legumes, nuts and vegetable oils with unsaturated acids (flaxseed, hemp, olive, sunflower and corn oil), wholemeal bread, and leafy vegetables. Beans, broccoli, egg yolks, liver, kidneys, fish roe and yeast are useful. If you have dry skin, include foods with sulfur and copper in the menu: squid, cucumber, shrimp, zucchini, cabbage, egg yolks, onions and garlic. Sulfur is also applied externally in the form of ointments and in the composition of anti-dandruff tinctures. Vitamins E, A, D and C and group B are important for beauty. It makes sense to occasionally use vitamin complexes, especially in winter and during early spring.
  2. Proper use of shampoos, conditioners and hair masks. Use the shampoo once or twice while washing your hair. Rub the shampoo well for the first time. Then rinse. If you have previously applied an oil mask to your hair then apply the shampoo twice. Apply the medicated shampoo according to the instructions on the label. Do not apply balm and mask during one hair wash. Put the balm as far away from the roots as possible in case of oily hair. Hold for a minute or two and rinse well. Effective hair rinses are liquids with nettle, chamomile and yarrow. These hair plants give shine, smoothness and a silky texture. These liquids should not be rinsed with plain water after application.
  3. For colored hair, especially shampoos and conditioners are recommended. This hair is always dry and needs additional care. Put the nourishing mask on the root and along the entire hair. This restores the structure of the hair.
  4. Hair dries with regular use of gels, hair sprays and mousses. Occasionally allow your hair to rest from these preparations. Or apply moisturizing and nourishing hair masks regularly. Wash your hair occasionally with egg yolk only. It is useful to leave rye bread in cold water. Then rub it into the scalp and rinse. This is how you nourish your hair with B vitamins.
  5. Comb your hair more often so that it does not dry out. 40 x is a good number of combs. In doing so, you massage the scalp and distribute the fat that the skin secretes properly on the hair. This ointment is a good food for colored hair that dries out more over time.
  6. It is not necessary to always use hair care products from the same manufacturer. It is important that each selected product suits and uses your hair.
