German doctor Johanna Budwig helped diabetics and other people (patients) 50 years ago to normalize blood sugar and recover the body by using a special diet. Stir the cooled linseed oil (from the fridge) and the cow’s cheese with a stick mixer for 2-3 minutes to combine the mixture. Do not adjust the density by adding water or juice. The resulting mixture should resemble a rich whipped cream foam in which the separated oil should not be recognizable. Then add a tablespoon of freshly ground flax seeds that you need to use 20 minutes after grinding. Buy whole flax seeds that you will grind yourself as needed. Eat this cream 30 minutes after you make it. Do not leave it for later or in the refrigerator. For each use make a fresh cream. Flaxseed can cause nausea immediately drink a cup of mint tea (if this happens). Budwig cream slightly dilutes the blood, so it is not recommended for people who have slow blood clotting, children and pregnant women. The original budwig cream is recommended for sick and healthy people. It restores the organism at the cellular level, strengthens the immune system and improves the function of all organs. People with serious health problems should eat 3-5 servings of budwig cream while healthy people are recommended one serving. So 2 tablespoons of flaxseed oil, 4 tablespoons of fresh cow’s cheese and 2 tablespoons of freshly ground flax seeds.
