It has a scientifically proven application in the treatment of stress, anxiety, anxiety, tension, irritability, sleep disorders and tachycardia of psychogenic cause. Passionflower is a natural sedative. It is widely used in the treatment of psychosomatic conditions such as gastrointestinal disorders caused by nervousness.
In addition to medicinal herbs, magnesium has a relaxing effect on humans.
Magnesium – It is vital for the proper functioning of the nervous system and muscles. It is called “anti-stress mineral” because stressful situations increase the need for magnesium.
