Healthy winter drinks that also reduce body weight

For people who want to lose excess weight, nutritionists recommend not to use sweet carbonated drinks, juices in industrial packaging and to drink clean water in large quantities. In addition to plain water, beverages that are tasty and healthy, quench thirst and help lose weight are useful.
Drink with a bar – due to the high content of vitamin C, it rejuvenates the body. It is a great refreshing drink. Boil a glass of plain water and put a spoonful of rosehip syrup (instead of rosehip syrup you can use a liquid made by pouring a handful of rosehip fruit with a cup of boiling water. Let the drink stand for 6 hours in a thermos). Remove the pan from the stove and allow to cool for 5 minutes. Melt the honey in that water. Let the tea cool. Then move it to the fridge. Before use, pour into glasses and add a cup of mineral water, ice cubes and lemon juice. You can decorate the glasses with lemon slices as desired.
Pomegranate drink – this detox is made from pomegranate seeds and mint. It removes toxins from the body and improves metabolism. Pour a cup of chilled boiled water into a bowl. Add a cup of tea from any plant (or fruit). Add pomegranate seeds from a third of the fruit. Add 2-3 leaves of fresh mint. Stir the drink. Leave overnight in a cool place. You can use the drink in the morning.
Drink with celery and spinach – in a blender, chop 50 grams of green part of celery, medium-sized apple without middle part, one and a half cup of spinach, a piece (3 cm) of fresh ginger. Add the juice of half a pitted lemon and a glass of clean water. Pour the drink into glasses. Add ice cubes.
A cocktail of oranges, carrots and bananas — helps to get a feeling of satiety. Improves subjective feeling in hypertension and atherosclerosis. In a blender, chop 2 carrots, 2 oranges without peel, one frozen banana, clean cold water and a slice of lemon with peel. Pour into glasses. Use the drink immediately.
A cocktail of various vegetables – a useful drink for the recovery of the body. It reduces appetite. They give energy to the body. In a blender with water, whisk one ripe tomato, apple, fresh beets. The result is a delicious red cocktail.
Ginger drink – excellently stimulates metabolic processes in the body. It strengthens immunity and strengthens the body. Mix one finely chopped lemon with liquid honey. Add finely grated ginger root. Dilute with warm water. The amounts of ingredients for this drink are arbitrary. It is recommended to use the drink in the first half of the day (morning hours).
