5 recipes and tips to stop hair loss

Distribute the shampoo along the entire hair. Rinse with warm water.
  4. Mask for shiny and silky hair – use homemade apple cider vinegar. Pour two to three tablespoons of apple cider vinegar with 500 ml of cold water. Rinse the whole hair and root with this solution. Try to moisten the skin as little as possible.
  5. Green tea instead of coffee. Green tea is known to contain an antioxidant that stimulates hair growth. Green tea contains 5-alpha reductase, which reduces testosterone production (which is the main cause of hair loss).
