6 lessons learned from the past 2020

In 2020, people adopted (learned) new skills and faced mostly negative emotions
The year 2020 is over. In the past year, however, we have had the opportunity to learn and learn some instructive things and spot mistakes that should no longer be repeated and happen. It is good for the general health of all people. We adopted new skills and knowledge and successfully fought negative emotions.

  1. 2020 was a difficult year literally forcing people to learn something new and useful that may not have been planned. For example, many people have learned to use new technologies or have finally recognized the right time to invest in health (for example, by choosing simpler but better quality food and preparing meals at home).
  2. 2020 has been very stimulating for the acquisition of new skills (e.g. time management and planning daily activities) and for realizing how valuable and important contact with other people (family members and friends) is.
  3. 2020 was a year of reduced traffic. The positive impact of reduced traffic has greatly contributed to cleaner air in the world’s metropolises. He made people return to contact with nature.
  4. 2020 was a source of negative emotions (such as fear, sadness and anger) due to the overall pandemic situation. To a large extent, this has affected the overall quality of life of individuals.
  5. 2020 and the consequences that the past year has brought will certainly leave longer lasting consequences on people. We cannot fully control the situation we are in. We can and should still take into account what kind of information we feed our own thoughts and how that information affects us and our behavior.
  6. The year 2020 has confirmed a very important fact: people need to take care of their health while they are healthy. Never skip regular check-ups and check-ups with a doctor (specialist).
