1. Green teas – known for their exceptional antioxidant effects. They act as “cleansers” of the body, reducing (destroying) the presence of free radicals. They repair damage caused by free radicals. Credit is given to the polyphenols that abound in green tea (especially the polyphenol called ECGC). By regularly drinking 3-4 cups of green tea a day, the body feels younger, healthier and more full of energy.
2. Black tea-protects the heart (because it lowers LDL) and reduces cardiovascular disease. Strengthens blood flow thus preventing the occurrence of fatal blood clots. 3.White teas are better known as the strongest antioxidants and the best liver cleansers. These teas are guardians of health. One cup of white tea has the effect of cleansing the body of toxins such as 12 glasses of fresh orange juice. White tea contains the highest amount of catechins, an increased amount of theobromine and gallic acid. It contains the amino acid L-theanine which acts on relaxation and good mood. White tea has another name “elixir of beauty, longevity and health”.
4. Yellow teas are fat killers. It is ideal for problems with excess weight and cleansing the fat in the blood.
