Useful products for certain organs in the body

For the eyes: foods rich in beta-carotene (carrots and pistachios). Pistachios are also rich in lutein and zexanthin.
For the kidneys: watermelon and watermelon seeds, primrose leaves and coriander.
For the stomach: foods rich in prebiotics (psyllium husks, onions, garlic, bananas, apple cider vinegar, asparagus, etc.) and probiotics (cooked rice that stood in water overnight, whey, sauerkraut, organic apple cider vinegar, kefir , sour winter).
For the liver: cranberry juice and radish juice.
