Walnuts and carrots for self-tanning
The main ingredients of tanning oil (which protects and nourishes the skin) are walnuts and carrots. Natural solutions (and ingredients) are the best option for the human body and skin. Too much sun exposure is not good for the beauty or health of the skin even though it is a natural way of tanning the skin. There is a natural solution for all people who want to have a tanned effect without the use of self-tanning products or tanning beds.
Homemade self-tanning cream – carrots, coconut or olive oil, green walnuts and an empty syringe bottle.
One large carrot, 6 green walnuts, ¼ cups of coconut or olive oil and a bottle with a syringe are enough. Wash and grate the carrots. Peel a squash, grate it and chop it in half. Put the carrots and walnuts in a bottle. Pour coconut or olive oil to the top of the bottle. The mixture should stand in the sun for two weeks. This achieves a better effect. Then strain the oil. The mixture is ready to use. This mixture nourishes the skin, nourishes and protects the skin from damage.
