4 foods that relieve joint and knee pain
Pain in the knees, joints, shoulders and elbows are most often the result of prolonged sitting and less physical activity. These health problems occur during the forties and sometimes earlier. The cause can be injuries, fractures, overload, arthritis and rheumatism. There are natural ingredients that help relieve joint pain.
1. Honey-mix one tablespoon of honey, one tablespoon of hot mustard, one tablespoon of water and one tablespoon of fine sea salt. Stir the mixture until the texture is even. Pour the mass into a dark-colored jar or an empty cream box. Apply this cream to the sore spot as soon as you feel unpleasant pain. Cover with plastic wrap and tie with a scarf (or scarf) to warm the sore spot. It is desirable that the scarf or shawl be made of wool. Hold for an hour and a half or two. The procedure should be done before bed so that the joints can rest after the treatment. In the morning just wash the place where the bandage was. Repeat this procedure for 4 to 5 consecutive days. The positive effects are felt after the first use of the cream. Keep the mixture in the refrigerator for a maximum of 5 to 6 consecutive days.

Boil half a small spoon of dried incense leaves in 2 dl of water. Drink chilled drink twice a day. At the same time, apply cold ice packs to a sore joint (or knee) daily.

Take 50 g of ginger root in 200 ml of boiling water. Remove the bowl with the mixture from the stove. Let the mixture cool. Chop everything together in a blender. You will get a creamy mixture. Apply the mixture in a thick layer to the sore spot. Cover with a cotton cloth. Hold for half an hour, then rinse with water.
4. Basil – is an extremely medicinal plant. Basil is a natural painkiller. It is effective against joint and bone pain. Strengthens immunity. It helps the body fight off the causes of infections. Chop a handful of fresh basil leaves in a blender. Add one tablespoon of coconut oil. Apply the resulting paste on the diseased joint (or knee). Leave for an hour. Rinse with warm water. You can repeat this procedure every day.
