Micro-plants are superfoods that strengthen the body’s resistance
Microplants are becoming increasingly popular today. This superfoods is available to everyone. It thrives easily and quickly in the exterior and interior of homes. It is a great alternative to vitamins from the pharmacy, chia seeds and goji beans.
Microplants are small shoots of edible plants and vegetables. They have a height of 3 to 5 centimeters. Special seeds for growing microbes are purchased. It also fits any other even the cheapest seed used by gardeners. These plants can be grown in ordinary plastic pots. Many species of plants survive without soil. A damp gauze or cloth is sufficient. There are special pots for micro-plants in which several crops can be grown at the same time. Microplants need light compared to germs that need darkness. More light is better for microplants growth. Under the action of light, the strongest antioxidant and natural antibiotic (chlorophyll) is created in the leaves. You can cut the micro-plants with a knife and add them to salads as early as 2 weeks after planting. The first leaves on the seedlings become a concentrate of biologically active substances. It is recommended that they be used for food at that time.
Microplants strengthen the body’s resistance to viral infections and colds. Strengthens metabolism, reduces the risk of diabetes and high blood pressure (and other cardiovascular diseases), normalizes the work of the gastrointestinal tract due to dietary fiber. It gives energy and refreshment. Small shoots contain the same useful substances (in a much higher concentration) as adult plants. When the germ appears, the seed gives all the substances for further life. For example, paprika micro-plants are rich in vitamin C while spinach is rich in folic acid. Using these plants in the microbial stage, we get twice as many cross elements as adult specimens. In all small plants, without exception, there is a lot of vitamin C with the appearance of new leaves – the amount of vitamin C is significantly reduced. For the recommended daily dose of vitamins and minerals, you should eat a lot of microplants. But people do it by eating other foods. So the micro-protein can be used as a supplement to the usual diet. The taste of microplants is approximately the same as the taste of adult specimens. It is recommended to use micro-plants in fresh form. A large part of the useful substances is lost with a thermic treatment.
