Unsweetened organic cocoa powder strengthens immunity for a long time
Many people are already familiar with the so-called “ORAC” method. With this method, scientists measured the antioxidant capacity of various types of food. Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity (ORAC) is a method by which scientists put a bunch of bad free radicals against some foods. Among the best tested types of food, raw unprocessed cocoa powder has taken a high position. Dark chocolate is also rich in antioxidants and biologically active compounds (polyphenols and flavanols).
A scientific study says that dark chocolate has more polyphenols and flavanols than blueberries and acai fruits. Unprocessed cocoa powder is perfectly supplemented with milk, Ceylon cinnamon, hot pepper, black pepper, honey, turmeric and coconut oil. Combine these spices and foods with warm milk and cocoa powder. Drink warm drinks daily or in the evening before bed.
