Beef gelatin has a beneficial effect on cartilage and bone tissue
Beef gelatin powder can be bought in all stores (and in bulk in health food stores). It has a beneficial effect on cartilage and bone tissue. Gelatin strengthens hair and nails. Useful for rejuvenating facial skin. The composition of gelatin is a collagen ingredient needed for healthy and youthful skin. Homemade masks with gelatin therefore give fast and concrete results.
Masks for youthful and radiant facial skin – can be used to cleanse, hydrate and tighten the skin. Small wrinkles disappear after a few procedures. Facial skin is even and elastic.
Pour a small amount of water over the gelatin powder. Put on steam after the gelatin swells. Stir the mixture until the grains are completely dissolved. Remove from the stove before boiling.
Blackhead mask – put the prepared gelatin on your face. Carefully remove the dried layer of gelatin after the gelatin on the face has dried. This mask also reduces pores on the face.
Soak a facial skin hydrating mask-gelatin in milk. Heat on steam. Add 15 grams of butter or one tablespoon of cream. Apply the mixture on the face and neck. Hold for about 20 minutes. Rinse face with warm water.
Mask for nicer skin tone and skin tightness – soak a small spoonful of gelatin with lemon juice diluted in half with water. Add one tablespoon of cream or kefyr. Stir the mixture until smooth. Hold the mask on your face for about 20 minutes. Drizzle with warm water.

Beef gelatin has great effects on hair
Gelatin forms a thin layer on each blade of hair. Restores hair follicles. Protects hair from the influence of negative external factors. Accelerates hair growth. Masks with gelatin give the effect of lamination. Masks should be used after hair coloring. Otherwise, the color on the hair (after coloring the hair) will be uneven. Mix the swollen gelatin with the same amount of shampoo and wash your hair with this mixture.
Smooth hair mask – pour two tablespoons of gelatin with 4 tablespoons of warm water. Heat this mixture on steam until smooth. Keep the mask on damp hair for 15 minutes. Then rinse your hair.
Dissolve hair strengthening mask – 10 grams of gelatin in a glass of water. Add a small spoonful of apple cider vinegar and 2 to 3 drops of lavender essential oil to the swollen gelatin. Hold for half an hour. The mixture is then placed on the scalp and held for 20 minutes. Rinse with warm water.
Mix the root mask-swollen gelatin with one egg yolk. Add 2 to 3 drops of lavender essential oil. Stir until you get a homogeneous mixture. Apply the mixture evenly on the hair. Wrap with a towel. Hold for about half an hour. Rinse with warm water.
Beef gelatin strengthens nails
The gelatin bath is used to strengthen the nails and make the nails look better. Add a small spoonful of gelatin to half a cup of water. Heat on steam. Cool to room temperature. Dip your fingers into the mixture. Hold for 15 minutes. These baths can be practiced once or twice a week.
Nail firming mask – add a mixture of honey and lemon juice to the gelatin (a small spoonful of the mixture in 100 ml of swollen gelatin). Carefully apply the resulting mass on each nail with cotton wool or cotton swabs. Wrap with aluminum foil. Holds for about 20 minutes. Park the mask daily for a month.
