Medicinal herbs can be an adjunct therapy in addition to medical therapy to treat and alleviate rheumatic ailments. Nutritionists believe that consuming foods rich in iron improves rheumatic pain. They do not recommend consuming supplements that can increase pain and encourage joint swelling. Some amino acids (histadine) help the body get rid of heavy metals (which worsen ailments). Dandelion – put one handful of dandelion root in 250 ml of cold water. The next day, cook the mixture to boiling point. Drink this amount of tea half an hour before breakfast in small sips.
Corn silk-helps against gout and rheumatism. Pour 250 ml of boiling water over one handful. Drink without sugar.
Thyme — thyme — can be used in oil or dried flowers. Fill a pillowcase with dried flowers. Heat on a radiator or heater. Put on the sore spot. Pick flowers in the afternoon sun. Put in one bottle. Drizzle with cold-pressed olive oil to the top. Keep close to the sun or heat source.
