People are sensitive to external odors if the liver has a problem eliminating toxins
- The human body needs to expel toxins (waste from the body) on a daily basis. This includes daily bowel movements. If this process does not happen then the toxins return to the body. Then people feel bloated. You should drink plenty of fluids and water, physical activity, use probiotics (or herbal tea).
- When bad breath occurs, this phenomenon can mean the presence of toxins in the body. It can be caused by bacteria in the mouth that release odors. It hints that the liver and intestines have a problem releasing toxins. Use a tongue cleaner to eliminate bacteria that cover the tongue. Take fresh herbs (parsley or coriander). Parsley and coriander are excellent cleansers of the liver and intestinal microflora.
- When there is a disturbance of external odors and there are strong reactions to perfume or smoke then it can mean the presence of toxins in the liver. When the detoxification pathways are closed then the senses become more pronounced and sensitive. Nausea and headache may occur. Again, use herbs (milk thistle and dandelion root). Spices can be used in the form of tea.
- There are many reasons to resist losing weight (body weight). Some of the reasons are improper diet, hormonal imbalance and toxins in the liver. Toxins (e.g. dioxin) and many pesticides are lipophilic. This means that they are stored in the body with fat cells. When the body is burdened with these toxins then it is impossible to shed excess weight. The body needs to expel toxins properly. It needs improvement to find balance. Reducing exposure to toxins is important. Any detoxification or liver cleansing program helps. Choose clean and organic foods whenever possible.
