Arnica preparations are useful for mountaineers, athletes and athletes
People who are allergic to preparations with plants from the celandine family (marigold, ragweed, chrysanthemum, etc.) should refrain from using these products due to the risk of adverse reactions.
Preparations with the flower of this plant are very useful for athletes, mountaineers, athletes and people who engage in physical activities that burden the joints and muscle tissue. Arnica ingredients have a strong anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect, which is useful for sprains, bruises, contusions and similar injuries. They are useful against pain due to stretching the body. They alleviate pain and strengthen the mobility of people who have osteoporosis and rheumatoid arthritis – say herbalists. Arnica is effective for age spots, mild skin irritations and facial imperfections due to the high content of fatty acids and antioxidant components. Arnica should then be combined with other herbs and essential oils of the same content. Regular application of natural products reduces the visibility of skin imperfections, strengthens skin tone and makes the skin brighter.
Preparation of homemade arnica product: in a small glass sterilized jar, put 4 tablespoons of dried arnica flower and a cup and a half of olive oil (or almond or sesame oil). Stir and boil the jar. Keep the jar with the mixture in a dry and sunny place for 14 days to a month. Strain the mixture through gauze. It is also the basic material for the preparation of balms. Place the contents of the jar in a steamer or in a deeper pot after a month has elapsed. Add 3 tablespoons of beeswax. Heat with constant stirring with a wooden spoon. When the wax melts, leave the meat to cool. Add 10 drops of camphor essential oil, 5 drops of eucalyptus essential oil and 5 drops of clove essential oil. Stir.
