General weakness, however, nausea and a feeling of heaviness in the head may last longer (several hours).

  5. Place the pain in the stomach-palms on the area of ​​the stomach and circle with your hands. Then lightly press that area for about 30 seconds with a slightly vibrating hand. After that, move your hand a little and repeat everything on your whole stomach. Gently massage the abdomen again at the end of the massage.
  6. Diarrhea-take a supine position. Gently circle your fist around your belly button around your navel a few times. With your thumb, press the navel firmly but not to feel pain. Hold for 9 seconds and release. Repeat the massage if necessary.
  7. Flatulence-Take a lying position. Gather your legs at the knees and keep your feet on the floor. First with your fingertips and then with your palm circle around the regiment in a clockwise direction. Gradually increase the circumference of the circle. With the fingers of both hands then press the area located 4 fingers below the navel. Tighten and relax your abdominal muscles alternately. Apply the massage several times a day for 5 to 7 minutes.
