4 ways to use anise spices
Anise is a spice with many medicinal properties:

  1. Solves the headache – put 2 to 3 drops of anise oil on a sugar cube. Keep in your mouth until melted. This is how migraines are treated.
  2. For good sleep and against insomnia – crush one tablespoon of anise seeds. Pour with one cup of boiling milk. Add one teaspoon of honey. Drink a warm beverage in small sips.
  3. To relieve pain in the lower abdomen, during critical days in the menstrual cycle in women and against nervousness (and irritability) – you can use anise oil with a sugar cube or take the powder of ground anise seeds in the morning and evening with a glass of water.
  4. Stimulation of male strength – men are advised to use anise in any form. It is useful to add anise to food or drink anise tea or tincture. It gives men strength, prevents impotence and gives vitality.
