  1. Gelatin – for people who have joint problems. One tablespoon of ordinary edible gelatin is poured with 1/3 cup of cold water in the evening. Put it to swell overnight. In the morning, pour hot water into the glass to the top. Stir the drink. If the person is not allergic, a little honey can be added. Have a drink. After this you should not eat or drink anything for an hour or an hour and a half. It is desirable to use gelatin during two weeks, then one week break and another two weeks of use.   4. Egg shell compress-take equal parts of sour milk (or homemade yogurt made from whole milk but not kefir) and egg shells crushed into powder. Stir. Place the mixture on a cotton cloth and apply to the sore spot. Wrap with aluminum foil and put on a warm cloth. Hold for an hour. Practice the compress for 5 days in a row. If there is no cure, take a three-day break and repeat the procedure. Apply compresses before bed.
