This medicinal herbal tea gives strength, stops colds and flu and lung diseases caused by a decrease in the body’s defenses and prevents the worsening of chronic conditions of many diseases (pain and inflammation of the joints, kidney disease, etc.), especially in the elderly.   3. Walnut, cranberry and honey-biologically active mixture of walnut, cranberry and honey is an excellent choice for people with vitamin C (ascorbic acid) deficiency. Half a kilogram of walnut kernels can be mixed with one kilogram of cranberries and 300 grams of honey. Summer grass honey is preferred.
