Three natural juices (potatoes, pumpkin and grapefruit)
Potatoes are the most useful raw potato juice of all the dishes made from potatoes. This juice is especially useful for people who want to remove pigment spots on the face and body, people who suffer from diseases of the gastrointestinal tract. It is useful against goiter, nervous system disorders (even improves sleep), stomach ulcers, hypertension and liver and kidney diseases. The healing properties of potato juice are conditioned by the preservation of vitamins and minerals in “living form” completely. Potato tubers that have grown on an organic substrate (manure, compost, humus, ash) have the strongest healing effect. Not everyone likes the taste of natural potato juice. But that’s why after half a glass most people feel younger and healthier. Potato juice can be mixed with carrot, apple and cabbage juice for better taste. One tablespoon of honey also contributes to better taste. This juice can be combined with dairy products. However, this juice does not go with meat and fish. It is generally recommended to drink all juices between meals or half an hour before meals. It is useful to add one tablespoon of sour cream to the juice so that the body better absorbs all the vitamins and minerals. The norm is half a glass three times a day. Potato juice has healing, anti-inflammatory, bactericidal (antimicrobial) properties. Cleanses the gastrointestinal tract, liver and kidneys. It strengthens the visual field, removes radionuclides from the body and destroys tumors. Potato juice should predominate when mixed with other juices. It is best to start with 2 tablespoons. Then increase the dose by half a glass for seven days. It happens that consuming potato, carrot, beet and cucumber juice (in the ratio 5: 3: 1: 1) gives a rejuvenating effect after only seven days of application.
Pumpkin juice from raw pumpkin contains sucrose, useful pectin substances, a lot of mineral salts and vitamins. Pumpkin is rich in rare vitamin T which prevents obesity and helps absorb heavy foods. This drink cleanses the body and digestive system well. It improves the work of the gastrointestinal system and helps to expel bile. Due to metabolic disorders (metabolism) and liver disease, you should eat up to half a kilogram of soft pumpkin a day and drink one glass of juice. Pumpkin juice is useful in case of kidney and cardiovascular system diseases accompanied by inflammatory conditions (swelling). Then you should drink half a glass of this juice a day. Men who suffer from prostate problems are advised to drink one glass of this juice every day for two to three weeks. It is recommended to drink one glass (70ml) of honey juice before going to bed due to insomnia. In the case of kidney and bladder stones – the recommendation is a quarter or half a glass of pumpkin juice three times a day. Therapy lasts ten days. There are practically no contraindications for this juice. Only individual intolerance is possible. Pumpkin juice can be drunk in combination with carrot and apple juice.

Grapefruit juice from this fruit is unusually rich in carotene, potassium and calcium, as well as vitamins C and group B. Due to its universal composition, this juice solves colds, flu and has been proven to strengthen immunity. Vitamin PP is also contained in fruits / juices that relieve chronic fatigue and insomnia. Pectin regulates metabolism and bad cholesterol levels. The juice is low in calories, so it is ideal for a diet. It is especially useful during physical and mental efforts because it helps strengthen the central nervous system and helps relieve fatigue, drowsiness and dizziness. A glass of freshly squeezed juice on an empty stomach helps the intestines work better. Grapefruit has wide application against atherosclerosis, hypertension and fatigue. Take a quarter cup half an hour before meals three times a day. In case of insomnia, take half a glass of juice before going to bed. Regular use of this juice prevents the development of osteoporosis. Grapefruit juice should never be combined with drugs. There are contraindications in the case of hepatitis, acute nephritis, ulcers and gastritis with increased acid.
