An ancient Japanese home remedy can help with neck and back pain. The medicine consists of only two ingredients that quickly relieve pain.


It is necessary:
2 tablespoons beef gelatin
A quarter cup of cold water
Preparation: Put gelatin in cold water. Stir until gelatin is smooth. Place the uniform mixture in the refrigerator. Let the mixture spend the night in the refrigerator.
How to use – eat prepared gelatin every morning, which helps the person maintain vitality and reduce back and neck pain. For better taste, add honey, or juice or yogurt to the gelatin. Take this therapy every morning for a period of one month. A six-month break is recommended after one month from the use of gelatin therapy.
