11 tips for daily strengthening the child’s body

  1. Strengthening the child’s body (2 to 3 years of age) after the disease – the child’s body after the disease is not ready for a new invasion of viruses and pathogenic microbes. At first, the child should be protected from contact with other people, including sick people. The child’s immune system should be given the opportunity to regenerate. However, it is not good to keep a child in too warm a room and constantly give medication. Premises should be ventilated frequently. One should walk with the child and do mild physical exercises. The child should be given useful cocktails with cranberries and fruit juice with pomegranate.
  2. The immune system of a child aged 2 to 3 should be prepared for kindergarten where the child will be exposed to constant contact with other children. Practice massages with a wet towel and pouring water with a gradual decrease in water temperature.
  3. The child should walk at any time and at any outside air temperature. The child should be in appropriate clothing / footwear but not overly warmly dressed.
  4. Food should be of good quality and rich in vitamins and minerals. Replace sweets with dried fruit or natural jam. A healthy life will make the child more resistant to diseases.
  5. Strengthening the child’s immunity should begin at the age of 3 and 4 years of age. For a three-year-old child, strengthening the body should be in the form of a game. Have your child do morning exercises every day after waking up. Simple exercises with the help of adults should last 10 to 15 minutes in a well-ventilated room.
  6. The next stage is rubbing the extremities and the whole body with a sponge soaked in water at a temperature of 22 to 25 degrees C while the water temperature drops gradually to 18 degrees C. Dry the child after water procedures and put on warmer clothes.
  7. Give the child a healing liquid with pomegranate, water with a little lemon or honey. Pour one tablespoon of lemon juice into a cup of boiling water. Add a little honey for better taste.
  8. Teas with chamomile, linden and fresh juices are useful for restoring the child’s strength. Folk medicine advises that 2 to 3 figs are simmered in milk for half an hour on low heat – due to frequent colds and infectious diseases. Have the child eat figs and drink warm milk.
  9. Medicinal and tasty mixture to strengthen the child’s body – on a meat grinder grind one cup of raisins, a glass of walnut kernels, a glass of almonds, the rind of 2 lemons. Squeeze the lemon into the resulting mixture with half a cup of melted honey. Keep the mixture in a dark place for one to two days. Give your child one to two teaspoons an hour before meals three times a day.
  10. Cranberry and lemon-is a useful combination to strengthen the child’s body. On a meat grinder, grind 1 kg of cranberries and 2 medium-sized pitted lemons. Add a glass of honey. Mix all ingredients well. Give your child one to two teaspoons 2 to 3 times a day. This remedy is also good for adults.
  11. Medicinal liquid with vitamins – two parts of cranberry fruit, three parts of nettle leaves and three parts of rose hips chop and mix. Add 4 teaspoons of the mixture to a cup of boiling water. Allow the drink to cool and strain. The child can be given one glass of drink two to three times a day for a month. Pause for a month and repeat the procedure. Healing procedures will help strengthen the child’s body and resistance to diseases.
