For better mobility of the joints in the arms, legs, knees
Knee pain, for example, is practically always associated with an inflammatory condition of the connective tissue (which consists of the moving parts of the joints and spine). Inflammatory processes can turn into chronic conditions because the joints are exposed to constant mechanical loads. Therefore, long-term treatment with the use of medical therapy and aids (from home and folk medicine) is needed. Compresses are an excellent remedy for all types of inflammatory conditions of the joints. The action of the compress is based on the anti-inflammatory, general strengthening and analgesic effect. Each component, ie the raw material that is part of the compress, fits and complements perfectly. This allows for a general therapeutic effect.

  1. Homemade remedy with mint for better joint mobility – mix equal parts of peat and chopped marsh moss. Dilute with warm water to the thickness of sour cream. Coat the knees with fresh mint branches (or St. John’s wort or burdock leaves with a felt side facing the skin). Then coat the knees with a warmed mixture of moss and peat in a layer of 2 to 3 inches. Wrap both knees with a plastic bag and then wrap the knees with a scarf. Hold the compress for half an hour. Sometimes a dozen procedures are enough to make pain and inflammatory conditions disappear or decrease. Mint allows for an abstracting event due to menthol. St. John’s wort and burdock have anti-inflammatory effects. Moss is an excellent antiseptic. Peat is a source of useful biological stimulants for the body and retains heat well.

Homemade edible balm for inflammatory joints – to improve joint mobility once a year can be used effective home remedy with honey-mix a kilo of honey, 10 tablespoons ground flaxseed, 5 tablespoons sesame seeds, 3 tablespoons raisins, 50 grams cleaned and ground sunflower seeds, 50 grams of cleaned and ground pumpkin seeds and 50 grams of cleaned and ground wheat bran. Pour the finished mixture into a glass jar. Keep refrigerated. Consume one tablespoon of this preparation every day (twice a day half an hour before meals) until the volume is used up. The mobility of the joints will improve after the first round of the preparation.
