6 medicinal tea blends against diabetes
Phytotherapists in the treatment of prediabetes and diabetes advise drinks with blueberry leaf, bean pod, dandelion, nettle and buckthorn, nettle leaf, ripe bean pods, sage leaf, blueberry, St. John’s wort, birch, calla, thyme, etc.

  1. Birch and lemon-enrich a flavored tea with squeezed juice of half a lemon. Be sure to add lemon to chilled tea, and never to hot tea. Pour 3 tablespoons of birch leaves with half a liter of boiled water. Leave covered for about 3 hours. Strain. Drink half a cup of the medicinal drink several times a day, half an hour before each meal.
  2. Nettle and buckthorn – mix equal parts of nettle leaves, dandelion root, buckthorn, blueberry leaf. Then pour 2 tablespoons of tea mixture with half a liter of boiled water. Cook for a few minutes. Leave covered for up to an hour. Strain. Drink 1 dcl of tea several times a day, half an hour before meals. Therapy lasts 21 days.
  3. Burdock and blueberry – mix equal parts of blueberry leaves and burdock root. Then pour 2 tablespoons of tea mixture with half a liter of boiled water. Cook for a few minutes. Leave covered for up to an hour. Strain. Drink 1 dcl of tea several times a day, half an hour before meals. Therapy lasts 21 days.
  4. Blueberry and bean leaf – mix equal parts of blueberry and bean leaf. Then pour 2 tablespoons of tea mixture with half a liter of boiled water. Cook for a few minutes. Leave covered for up to an hour. Strain. Drink 1 dcl of tea several times a day, half an hour before meals. Therapy lasts 21 days.
  5. Dandelion-pour 2 tablespoons chopped dandelion root with half a liter of boiled water. Leave overnight. Strain in the morning. Drink 1 dcl several times a day, half an hour before meals. Eat 10 dandelion stalks daily for seven days. Pick only a flowering plant. Wash under running water. Tear off the flower and chew the stems well and eat them.
  6. Celery and blackberry-Mix one tablespoon of finely chopped celery with one tablespoon of young nettle leaves and one tablespoon of blackberry leaves. Pour with 7 dcl of boiling wine or water. Leave covered for about 2 hours outside the refrigerator. Strain. Drink one cup of the beverage three times daily before meals. Repeat the procedure 10 times.
