Beautician tips for oily facial skin (especially children 12 to 20 years old)
Neither too oily nor too dry skin is the so-called “normal skin type”. However, moderately oily skin is a favorable circumstance because it protects the skin from harmful external influences and contributes to skin elasticity.
Too oily a face can be a sign of so-called oily seborrhea. It occurs due to dysfunction of the sebaceous glands. Oily seborrhea is present on the nose, around the nose, chin, on some parts of the forehead and on the cheekbones. Dry seborrhea is usually found on the skin and causes dandruff and hair loss (especially in men). In people of both sexes and various age groups (especially in younger years and puberty) may be stronger secretion of sebaceous glands in some parts of the face.
Enlarged pores on the face-pores are channels for the secretion of sebaceous glands. The pores are not visible on normal skin. They appear on extremely oily centers of the face (chin, around the nose, etc.). Makeup and dust close the pores so grease cannot be excreted – if makeup and dust are not removed regularly from the face. Therefore, the channels gradually expanded.
Blackheads should be removed regularly and often from the face – blackheads are black spots on the face present on the same parts as the pores. Blackheads occur due to lack of proper facial care. Blackheads can be removed with various cosmetic products and mechanical means (squeezing). Extrusion of blackheads on the face should be done carefully with hygienic protection measures. The solution for disinfecting the places from which blackheads have been removed should be applied immediately: Solution or lotion for closing pores: 33 grams of alcohol, 60 grams of water, 5 grams of boric acid, half a gram of salicylic acid and 2 milligrams of thymol.
Dietary diet for acne and pimples on the face
Pimples and acne occur as a result of excess facial fat, especially in early youth from 12 to 13 years, and can remain for up to 20 years. Spices and all carbonated drinks and cured meat products should be removed from the menu. It is useful to use fruits, vegetables, fruit juices, cooked dishes. Cucumber juice should be used for oily face in summer and lemon (or orange) juice should be applied to the face in winter. The face should be washed with sulfur soap. Sulfur-based powder is useful. Or put up to 3% colloidal sulfur in plain powder. Stir and crumble in the evening. As a rule, pimples should not be squeezed out with your hands because scars remain. Add 3% pure sulfur powder to some dry face cream. Anoint your face with this product during the day. The pimples will disappear over time. In very difficult situations, a doctor should be consulted for medical therapy.
