The ideal breakfast for men is: scrambled eggs of 5 egg whites and one whole egg. Fatty foods must be ingested because it is essential for the body. If you want healthy fats, feel free to sprinkle a little olive oil on the scrambled eggs.
Your brain needs sugar to feed, but which one? I recommend you cook the oats and add a few cubes of dark chocolate, then add some prunes. For this breakfast the body will tell you: Thank you for giving me this.
The body loves oats because eating oats from all foods has the same substance as breast milk.

The whiter the bread, the greater the damage to the body. Bread with seeds is good and healthy, but real black bread. No color or additives. But a maximum of 2 slices. White bread does not have anything you (organism) need.
