A dietary diet with grapes cleans the liver and regulates digestion
Grape juices boiled rapidly at high temperatures and uncontrollably. This is how the original wines were created. Those wines were a Dionysian delicacy (sweet, thick syrupy). These wines were diluted with water and served with honey, cheese and herbs. Every squeezed juice was turned into wine until the middle of the 19th century. Unfermented juice in the form of a special drink was created only with the discovery of pasteurization.
People should eat more black grapes because of potassium, manganese, vitamins C, B1 and B6, but also the abundance of plant fibers, iron and calcium. Studies say that black grapes increase the level of melatonin (the hormone responsible for good sleep).
White grapes are similar to black grapes
White grapes have the same energy value as black grapes. This means that it contains about 20% sugar, but white grapes are poor in phenols, potassium and calcium.
Raisins suppress the growth of bacteria that cause tooth decay and disease. Raisins are rich in fructose and glucose and low in sucrose (the main cause of dental and oral cavity diseases). Grapes contain malic and tartaric acid, pectins (which slow down fat resorption) and tannins (especially anthocyanin – important for blood regeneration). Contains vitamins A and C, group B vitamins and minerals (calcium, potassium, iron and magnesium).

Dietary nutrition with grapes means consumption of grapes for 20 days. It is recommended to eat 1 to 2 kg of black grapes (because it is healthier and cleanses the body of toxins). Black grapes remove excess body weight, regulate digestion and appetite. Gives the skin radiance. Additional nutrition should then be light and low-fat.
Wine is the most important grape product. Wine is a good antioxidant that protects the heart and blood vessels. It increases the level of estrogen. It has a bactericidal effect and slows down the effect of viruses. This is especially related to red wine. Red wine should be drunk in moderate amounts, i.e. 1 dcl per day.
