Juices deliver useful substances directly to the body’s cells
Vegetables, fruits and berries are best absorbed in the form of juices. In liquid form, these foods practically reach the body at the cellular level. They thus bring all the necessary energy, vitamins and minerals directly to the body’s cells. That is why it is a practice to start every morning with a glass of juice. Drink various juices and experiment depending on the season and your own feelings. Carrot, celery, apple and grape juices are among the healthiest juices.
Carrot juice is among the best vegetable juices. This juice is therefore also given to children. The juice contains plenty of B group vitamins, potassium, calcium, vitamin A (responsible for good vision and proper metabolism).
Apple juice is an extremely healthy drink. This is an excellent probiotic. Gently restores normal microflora. Thus, it creates the necessary conditions for the life of useful microorganisms (probiotics) in the intestines. Apple juice therefore has a beneficial effect on the human body and strengthens immunity. Apple juice is therefore given as a treatment for pulmonary tuberculosis. It is recommended for diabetics due to its hypoglycemic properties. People prone to body swelling are advised to drink fresh apple juice every morning.
Celery juice-celery juice is rich in ascorbic acid. This means that people who have diseases of the blood vessels and cardiovascular system, smokers (because nicotine largely removes vitamin C from the body) should drink this juice. Celery contains vitamin A, group B vitamins, phosphorus. Fresh celery juice has a mild laxative effect. It is indispensable for people who want to lose excess body weight and cleanse the body of toxins. Celery juice is most often mixed with apple or carrot juice to improve the taste.
Grape juice – this juice is rich in vitamins B1, B2, B4, magnesium, calcium, iron, cobalt, organic acids (malic, tartaric, citric), fiber and amino acids. It is useful for people with heart disease because antioxidants (in the composition of grape juice) rejuvenate cells, protect against free radicals and expel bad cholesterol from the body (which causes arteriosclerosis). The body immediately absorbs glucose from grape juice. It is very useful for brain stimulation. However, grape juice is not the best choice for diabetics precisely because of its glucose and fructose content. It is not the best choice for people who have problems with the pancreas, again due to the glucose and fructose content.
