Apple, plum, pumpkin and cranberry juice in cosmetic recipes
Freshly squeezed fruit and vegetable juices are used in homemade cosmetic preparations because they strengthen the skin and have a positive effect on beauty.
1.Plum juice is a natural antioxidant. Stimulates skin rejuvenation, skin regeneration, erases pigment spots and sun spots, reduces wrinkles.
Rejuvenating mask – mix 2 tablespoons of plum juice and one tablespoon of cornstarch. Add 2 tablespoons of almond oil. Put the mask on your face and décolletage after bathing because the skin is still warm. Wash off after 15 minutes. The skin is smooth and shiny, elastic with less visible wrinkles.
Mask for skin whitening – mix 2 tablespoons of ground oatmeal and 2 tablespoons of white clay. Add 4 tablespoons of plum juice. Wash off the mask after 10 minutes. You can repeat the mask every other day. With regular use, the mask strengthens small blood vessels and acts preventively against couperosis (dilated capillaries).
2.Pumpkin juice – used in cosmetology. Improves skin tone. Cleanses and tones the skin.
Anti-acne mask – mix 2 tablespoons of pumpkin juice and one tablespoon of honey. Add 2 drops of tea tree oil. You can apply the mask to your face using a small brush. Rinse with warm water after 10 minutes. The pumpkin mask makes the skin healthy. Regulates the work of sebaceous glands. It gives the so-called “matte” look to the skin.
3.Cranberry juice – improves skin tone, removes fatigue, slows down the aging process. The mask can be customized for whitening.
Mask for oily skin – mix 1 tablespoon of cranberry juice, 2 tablespoons of heavy cream, one tablespoon of dry nettle and one egg yolk. Beat everything well. Wash off the mask after 20 minutes. This is a universal mask that is able to solve practically all problems with oily skin.
4.Apple juice – contains vitamins, tannins, acids and minerals that have a beneficial effect on pale and problematic skin. It regulates the work of sebaceous glands, fights inflammation and acne.
You can also use ice with apple juice in the morning (then the ice perfectly tones the skin, gives freshness and reduces any swelling of the face). Ice can be used after the mask (because then it narrows the pores and removes excess shine). Pour apple juice into ice molds and freeze.
Mask for normal and dry skin – pour 3 tablespoons of apple juice and one tablespoon of liquid honey into a container. Stir until the ingredients are dissolved. Add one spoonful of heavy cream. Put the mask on the face and décolleté area. Rinse with warm water after 20 minutes.
