Different fruits react well with certain skin types
Fruit is healthy and recommended in the daily diet. The fruit also has various health benefits for the skin (all year round) depending on the skin type. Various types of fruit can be used, which go well with different skin problems
Protecting the skin from the sun, wind, dust and tobacco smoke slows down the aging process and the formation of wrinkles.
Bananas – ripe bananas are good for oily skin. Add a few drops of honey and lemon juice to a mashed ripe banana. Wash off the mask after 20 minutes with warm water. The skin will be fresh. A few drops of orange juice (or another citrus fruit) can be added. Citrus fruits have acids that extract sebum from the sebaceous glands.
Strawberries- Blueberries and strawberries are excellent fruits for treating oily skin. Mash the strawberries and mix with lime juice. Wash off the mask with warm water after 20 minutes. Strawberries have strong antiaging properties that tighten the skin and prevent wrinkles.
Orange fruit is rich in vitamin C. Vitamin C fights against aging. It improves the texture of the skin, removes tan, and gives a more beautiful skin. Oranges reduce oils from the skin, reduce redness and dead cells. The face can be massaged with orange juice. Dried orange peels can be used. Mix the powder with lemon juice and honey. Wash off the mask after 20 minutes and no more than half an hour.
Lemon – most face masks are made with lemon as the main ingredient. Lemon juice cleans the skin, removes dead skin cells, reduces oil secretion. Mix honey and lemon juice. Keep the mask on for 20 minutes and then wash it off.
Shake 3 vitamin E capsules into a bowl. Add 2 spoons of yogurt, half a spoon of honey and half a spoon of lemon juice. Apply the mask with cotton wool on the face. Rinse after 10 to 15 minutes.
Tomato (which is actually not a vegetable but a fruit) is known for its high content of antioxidants. That’s why tomatoes are the perfect food for dry and damaged skin care. The tomato mask regenerates and hydrates the skin, restoring its youthful glow. Mix 2 to 3 ripe tomatoes in a blender until you get a nice thick paste. Keep the mask on for 20 minutes. Wash your face with warm water and apply toner. The mask is a good solution for dry and damaged skin.
Natural face lifting – mix a handful of strawberries, a handful of grapes, half a pear, half an apple and 2 tablespoons of orange juice. Apply a thin layer of honey on your face. Then a layer of fruit mixture. Wash off after half an hour. Put wine vinegar on a cotton ball and finish the face lifting. This fruit is rich in vitamins A, B, C and E, which even out skin tone and contribute to the reduction of wrinkles.
