6 good combinations of different drinks and foods
The correct combination of foods and some drinks creates a strong organism (which then creates its own defense mechanism against viruses and infections).

  1. Honey and garlic – you can mix one spoonful of honey and one spoonful of chopped garlic. Take daily before going to bed with warm water.
  2. Raspberries and currants – pour one spoonful of honey, one spoonful of raspberries and one spoonful of currants (red or black) into 100 ml of boiling water. Leave for 15 minutes. Drink half a cup of the drink before eating.
  3. Linden and elderberry – mix one spoon of linden flowers with one spoon of elderberry flowers. Pour over a glass of water and cook the mixture for about 10 minutes. Drink one cup of tea daily.
  4. Chicory and bittersweet – add one spoonful of chicory root and one spoonful of bittersweet to a glass of hot water. Leave for half an hour. Drink half a cup of tea before meals.
  5. Dates and milk – put 5 to 6 date fruits in one glass of fresh milk. Cook for 10 minutes. Drink a glass of warm drink before going to bed.
  6. Honey and horseradish- put finely grated horseradish root and water in the horseradish and honey jar. Close it tightly and keep it like that for an hour. Then strain the horseradish juice and put one spoonful of honey in the juice. Take one spoonful of the mixture in the morning and in the evening before going to bed.
